Russia stuff

Corruption of the government is a wide spread issue, but as it would be impossible to cover every corrupt government, I am focusing on Russia.  Russia is one of the most corrupt countries, but, while searching Yahoo i saw people saying that, and i copy/paste, "Learn your Facts.....

Russia isn't corrupt. It's actually doing well compared to America. A (censored) country so corrupt. 
Russia is the most peaceful country in the world at the moment being ruled by a great leader. Please research about Putin and the History of Russia. You will have a change of heart." "how is Russia corrupt compared to America? America tortures innocent people and kills civilians as official policy"  "  " Russia is not corrupt, it is the US that is the most corrupt country on this planet and hated by many."  These are not true facts; in fact (get it?), many people think Vladimir Putin is trying to bring back Communism to Russia.   This topic is important to me because it is ruining the lives of thousands, and me, being my amazing caring awesome humble self, can't stand that.  Also, Russia has  a terrible economy because of poor decisions in the government and lack of tourists.  And with that lack of tourists: Russia would be a MAJOR tourist attraction if it weren't for corruption.  I feel like this is under-realized issue.  This issue is very important to me, for all the reasons i just listed.
